Betsy stumbled into her first professional development project while working at Harvard University’s School of Medicine, where a delegated project sparked her passion for helping leaders, managers, and staff enhance their presence and effectiveness. Through mentorship, support, and courage, her initial interest transformed into a thriving entrepreneurial journey, leading to the creation of Special Projects Consulting, LLC and, later, Signature Presence at Work. With extensive experience across the east and west coasts and central US, Betsy has built a strong professional brand rooted in Effectiveness, Inclusiveness, and Development.

Betsy’s reputation is grounded in her commitment to sharing her energy, knowledge, and resources while fostering respect and regard for all people and endeavors. She emphasizes continuous learning and encourages those she works with to look at familiar challenges from new perspectives.
