Program Format
This program will be delivered using the Zoom Webinar platform. In this format, participants join as attendees and will not have the ability to turn on their camera or microphone as they would in a Zoom meeting. Presenters and hosts will manage audio and video for the session. Participants may submit questions to presenters using the Q&A feature and may communicate with the host using the chat function during the webinar.

Policies
Attendance and Earning Criteria
Participants seeking completion credit must attend the program in its entirety and remain connected to the Zoom webinar for the full duration of the program. Attendance is monitored through the Zoom webinar attendance reporting system. Participants must join individually using the name and email used during registration so attendance can be verified. Partial credit will not be awarded.
Accessibility and Accommodations
Auto-generated closed captions are available during live remote events. Participants who require ADA or religious accommodations, including CART or ASL interpretation, should indicate their request during registration or contact the event coordinator. At least two weeks’ notice is recommended.
Cancellation
If you are unable to attend after registering, please cancel your registration as soon as possible so the space can be offered to others. In the event that the training is canceled, an email notification will be sent to the original distribution list informing learners and potential participants of the cancellation. If the event is rescheduled and details are available, that information will be included in the notification.
