About the event
Program Overview
Leadership begins with self-awareness. How we think, what we believe, how we interpret situations, and how we respond to others all influence the relationships we build and the environments we create.
This interactive five-session Race Equity and Inclusion (REI) Leadership Development Program challenges participants to examine their existing beliefs, assumptions, and behaviors while developing practical tools to build trust, navigate challenging conversations, embrace differences, and contribute to a more equitable and inclusive workplace.
Grounded in neuroscience, Conversational Intelligence®, and experiential coaching, the program explores how our brains respond to perceived threats, uncertainty, and differences, and how we can become more intentional in our responses.
The program is designed for all staff, recognizing that every individual has the opportunity and responsibility to influence workplace culture, regardless of title or position.
Participants should plan to attend all 5 sessions. Session details and dates can be viewed below or on the event schedule.
