Policies
Attendance and Earning Criteria
Participants seeking completion credit must attend the activity in its entirety. Attendance will be monitored using the appropriate attendance verification method for the delivery format (e.g., electronic check-in/check-out for in-person attendance or platform attendance reports for remote participation). Participants must attend individually and use the same name and email address used during registration so attendance can be verified. Partial credit will not be awarded
Accessibility and Accommodations
Participants who require ADA or religious accommodations, including CART or ASL interpretation, should indicate their request during registration or contact the event coordinator. At least two weeks’ notice is recommended.
Cancellation
If you are unable to attend after registering, please cancel your registration as soon as possible so the space can be offered to others. In the event that the training is canceled, an email notification will be sent to the original distribution list informing learners and potential participants of the cancellation. If the event is rescheduled and details are available, that information will be included in the notification.
Complaints and Grievances
Participants who have a complaint or grievance regarding this program, including concerns related to program content, instruction, accessibility, or administration, should contact the event coordinator.
