Continuing Education

Continuing education credits are not approved for this program at this time. Please check back later for updates. Individuals who register prior to any change in continuing education status will be notified if credits become available.

Disclosures

In accordance with the standard and the criteria, speakers are asked to disclose the absence or presence of any relationship they have to companies producing pharmaceuticals, medical equipment, prosthetics, etc. that might be germane to the content of their lecture.  Such disclosure is not intended to suggest or condone bias in the presentation but is elicited to provide the attendees with information that might be of potential importance to them.  Presenter has identified no conflict of interest at this time.

Policies

1. Attendance and Earning Criteria

   1. Participants seeking completion credit must attend the activity in its entirety. Attendance will be monitored using the appropriate attendance verification method for the delivery format (e.g., electronic check-in/check-out for in-person attendance or platform attendance reports for remote participation). Participants must attend individually and use the same name and email address used during registration so attendance can be verified. Partial credit will not be awarded

2. Accessibility and Accommodations

   1. Participants who require ADA or religious accommodations, including CART or ASL interpretation, should indicate their request during registration or contact the event coordinator. At least two weeks’ notice is recommended.

3. Cancellation

   1. If you are unable to attend after registering, please cancel your registration as soon as possible so the space can be offered to others. In the event that the training is canceled, an email notification will be sent to the original distribution list informing learners and potential participants of the cancellation. If the event is rescheduled and details are available, that information will be included in the notification.

4. Complaints and Grievances

   1. Participants who have a complaint or grievance regarding this program, including concerns related to program content, instruction, accessibility, or administration, should contact the event coordinator.
